Bob Gaudio net worth: Bob Gaudio is an American singer and songwriter who has a net worth of $45 million. Gaudio was responsible for the group’s string of hits, which included Sherry, Big Girls do not Cry, Walk like a Man, Bye, Bye Baby and I can not Take My Eyes Off You. Before forming The Four Seasons, Gaudio came to recognition as an associate of the 50s act Royal Teenager, co writing the band’s hit Short, Shorts. Gaudio met The Four Season frontman Frankie Valli and shortly after, he left Royal Teens, joining The Four Season a year later. Although Gaudio enjoyed considerable success with Four Seasons during the 60’s, the 1969 record The Genuine Imitation Life Gazette (which he created with Jake Holmes), was a commercial flop, spelling the finish of the very first success of Four Seasons. Gaudio recovered success for the group in the mid-seventies, writing hits, Who Loves You and December 1963 (Oh What A Night). In recent years, Gaudio concentrates working in the theatre, creating music for the 2001 production, Peggy Sue Got Married and the 2005 play Jersey Boys (on the basis of the members of Four Seasons), where he won four Tony awards and a Grammy award.
