In 1996, Scaramucci left Goldman to launch Oscar Capital Management along with his co-worker Andrew Boszhardt. In 2001, Oscar Capital was sold to Neuberger Berman and upon Neuberger Berman’s sale to Lehman Brothers in 2003, Scaramucci served as a managing director in its Investment Management office. InvestHedge ranked SkyBridge’s Multi-Advisor Hedge Fund Portfolio and its particular Legion Strategies the top performing multi-strategy fund of hedge funds worldwide for 2012. SkyBridge is the host of the SkyBridge Options “SALT” Conference, that was established in 2009 and is held in Las Vegas every springtime. In October 2012, SkyBridge enlarged the convention internationally and held the initiative SALT Asia at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
