John Cleese wiki & biography:

He’s an English actor, writer, comedian in addition to film producer. He acquired this wealth when he was a member of humor group Monty Python as well as when he was a film actor in many humors. John got success at Edinburgh Festival Fringe along with a performer and scriptwriter on The Frost Report. He was born to the 27th of October, 1939 in Weston super Mare in Somerset in England. Some of his nicknames are Kim Bread, John Ecles, John Marwood too as many more.

He went to school at St Peter’s Preparatory and he was a very brilliant pupil. John later became one of the script writers and an associate of the Footlights Revue A Clump that was quite successful. John composed episodes of the initial show of The Physician. He later composed six other episodes which became quite successful.
John Cleese was born to Muriel, a homemaker and Reginald, an insurance salesman. He was born in Weston-Super-Mare and was their only child. He did very well in school both academically and athletically. He went on to study law at Cambridge but spent most of his time with the Footlights group, performing in comedies. One of the shows became rather successful and ended up touring in New Zealand and then the U.S. where he remained for a brief time. Upon his return to England, he started working in radio and television and collaborated with some of England’s finest humor writers of the time. He would later join many of these writers in performing their own work. In 1969 Monty Python’s Flying Circus debuted on television to great success. Cleese was to the show for three seasons.

After leaving Monty Python’s Flying Circus Cleese teamed up with some of precisely the same individuals to work on the Monty Python films. Cleese also returned to television in this time for the show Fawlty Towers.

He has since starred in mainstream movies including A Fish Called Wanda, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in the U.S.), Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets(with Daniel Radcliffe), Die Another Day(with Rosamund Pike), The Day the Earth Stood Still(with Jaden Smith), and The Pink Panther 2. Cleese has also done a great deal of voice work in cartoons as well as on video games. It might have been higher, but a love as much for divorces as for girls has had a profound influence on his savings. John Cleese moved to Monaco in late 2011 for tax reasons, but has since went back to London.

So just how much is $10 million dollars actually?
It is no secret that humor is what Cleese’s success is founded on. With $10 million in the bank he could easily buy 3,636,363 pairs of Groucho Fuzzy Nose and Glasses for a few laughs. For a more classic joke, he could purchase 5,050,505 hand buzzers. But since Cleese has been married four times, perhaps he needs to become a bit more suave with the women in his life. For only $22 he could purchase 454,545 dozen bacon scented bouquets of roses. And really, what woman could leave this kind of sensible guy?
